TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

> Data entry (bookkeeping, payroll, leaves);

> Financial & Administrative reporting and follow-up;

> Monitoring of human resources documents;

> Reconciliation of clients and suppliers records;

> Manage company’s relationships with suppliers and associated requests (purchases,
quality control, follow-up of issues);

> Maintain suitable archiving system;

> Support to Administration & Finance Officer in daily tasks.

CANDIDATE’S PROFILE

> Fluent in English;

> A very good knowledge of Excel is mandatory;

> Detail-oriented, with good communication skills;

> Strong sense of commitment and willing to take on more responsibilities;

> You are proactive, motivated and adaptable;

> You thrive best working in an evolving environment with a young and growing company.

CONTRACT CONDITIONS

> 6-month contract (full or part time) with an option for extension upon performance;

> Remuneration depending on profile;

> A round-trip flight ticket to Malta for the assignment period.
