This Finance Business Partner opportunity working for a fast growing Automotive organisation in the Coventry area will be a superb opportunity for a progressive and dynamic individual who is looking to expand on their exposure within Finance Business partnering. You will be responsible for the analysis and reporting of UK financials to Group and working with stakeholders across the organisation both in the UK and Internationally.

Experiencing exponential growth they are seeking a dynamic and communicative individual with strong commercial awareness to support in the development of the Finance Business Partnering to stakeholders. Description

The Finance Business Partner opportunity will involve:

  • Support in the establishment and improvement of existing management controlling and reporting practices

  • Detailed Financial analysis and reporting on legal entity and function level financials

  • Accruals and approvals in assigned functions

  • Monthly financial preparation and reports for actuals and forecasts

  • Coordinate UK financials with Group HQ

  • Provide and present the financials for UK operation and HQ

  • Supporting management team and function heads with in-depth analysis

  • Significant business partnering working with stakeholders of all levels across the UK and International business

Profile

To be successful in this Finance Business Partner role you will be a dynamic and dedicated finance professional hungry to add value to strategic business decisions, you will ideally have a couple of years financial exposure having a solid understanding of financial processes. Excellent Excel and communication skills are key to this position as you will need to interrogate, analyse and report on various financial information and have the confidence to present and partner with stakeholders at all levels. Working within a fast growing business you will need to showcase a level of flexibility and be willing to support colleagues of all levels in achieving commercial objectives.
