I am currently recruiting a Accounts Payable Clerk with Sage to work for an online cosmetics retailer based in the City of London. This is a permanent position. My client is one of the largest players in this space and offers significant staff discounts.

Description

Accounts Payable Clerk with Sage

• Maintaining supplier accounts
• Supplier statement reconciliations
• Processing multi-currency invoices - GBP, USD, EUR, AUD & CHF
• Invoices to be checked and processed; Attention to detail is key
• Processing up to 50 invoices per day during busy periods
• Aiding with the processing of stock invoices
• Processing Overhead invoices
• GRNs matching to POs and process to ledger
• Coding of credit card expenses
• RTV - Managing Spreadsheet
• Staff expenses
• Setting up new supplier accounts
• Investigating AP discrepancies
• Shipping and Packaging Processing

Profile

The successful candidate must have:

• Exposure to the duties above
• Have extensive Sage experience
• Must have AP experience
• Be able to travel to the City of London

Job Offer

The successful candidate will be paid £28,000 - £30,000 depending on experience. They also offer incredibly attractive staff discounts on their products.
