Their growing client base includes numerous globally-recognisable brands in addition to some exciting SME's and ambitious private-equity backed businesses within the UK and the US across numerous sectors including Technology, Biotech, Pharmaceutical, Real Estate and Private Equity.
Description
The focus of the role is to be the UK owner and have overall responsibility for service delivery, overseeing the UK personnel who deliver the services to clients. You'll be responsible for the profitability and financial performance of the services and be responsible for the creation and meeting of industry-beating SLAs. Sector-wise the client base spans Property/Real Estate, Technology and PE among others, so they're naturally interested in candidates with experience in one or more of these sectors however this is not essential.Essentially this is a compliance-focused role working closely with the advisory Tax teams day to day and on various ad-hoc projects so ideally they'd like someone who is strong on both advisory and compliance. Fundamentally they are looking for a proven, ambitious leader with a strong track record on technical tax matters gained within a client-based or in-house environment (or both), preferably with some previous experience of leading a team which delivers technical direct & indirect tax services to clients.
Applications are welcomed from Tax leaders currently operating in the capacity of Director, Associate Director or Senior Manager.
