Elevation Recruitment are currently recruiting for a switched on and personable Accounts Assistant to join this well established and well respected business in Knaresborough!
The role is initially on a temporary basis, with potential for permanency, and would offer the opportunity to work within a close knit team, with flexible working and great benefits!
The duties of the role will include:
* Process supplier invoices
* Prepare payment runs
* Ensure supplier accounts are kept up to date and reconciling statements
* Check and approve sales order invoices input by colleagues
* Ensure customer accounts are kept up to date
* Dealing with suppliers and placing orders
* Any other duties as required by the role.
Ideal experience needed for this role, but the business will also consider a graduate with some exposure that they can train and develop!:
* Experience processing invoices
* Experience with sales ledger and producing invoices
* Strong communication skills - to deal with multiple non-finance internal stakeholders
* Strong IT literacy and ideally good Excel skills
* Reliable approach to commit to the role
* Positive approach
