The candidate will be responsible for the Financial Documents Reviewing and Reporting. They will also cover other areas such as Risk Management, Financial Modelling Reviewing, Secretarial Matters and Bank Matters.

Description

Financial Document Reporting & Reviewing

  • Carry out analysis of finance documents, identifying and mitigating risk of relevant commercial terms and financial obligations such as Financing Term Sheets, Sales & Purchase Agreement, Financing Agreements, Corporate Documents etc.

Risk Management

  • Handle situations in projects and plans which inevitably includes risks, and manage it. Control the risks to ensure there is no damage and to mitigate the negative impacts.

Financial Modelling Review

  • Review the work of team members and the overall plan to ensure that everything including reports, inputs and assumptions are all fair and accurate as per contract.

Secretarial/Bank Matters

  • Execute all secretarial and bank loan matters within the deadlines.
  • Oversee, track and follow up on key activities, deliverables and milestones for matters the fall under the purview of the Finance department within the region.
  • Lead and coordinate the administrative activities, operations, and deliverables within the set schedule to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Handle all aspects of the corporate secretarial function which includes proper maintenance of statutory records, submissions that are due, and preparation of statutory documents.
  • Perform various relevant analysis and research work.
  • Oversee the establishment of the company's office locally as well as overseas.
  • Liase with key stakeholders such as lawyers, bankers, company secretaries, and internal departments.
  • Handling finance administration tasks such as company documents to ensure timely maintenance of documents in the database.
  • Assist in the design, implementation and monitoring of financial policies.
  • Be a focal point of contact for other departments for finance matters.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties from time to time.

Profile

  • The candidate should possess a degree in Finance or any other relevant degree.
  • 3 years of experience within Finance or Business Management.
  • Experienced with excellent analytical skills for operational finance and strategies.
  • Interest in developing new ideas and structures in a fast-paced organization and industry.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong team player with strong communication skills.
  • Assertive, persuasive, and has a hands-on mindset and mentality with drive for improvement and efficiency.
  • Excellent MS Office skills as well as ability to confidently utilize financial software and ERP systems.
  • Proactive team player.
  • Responsible.
