Broad Finance Manager role for a high-growth, listed Telco firm. You will manage a small team, business partner directly with ExCo members and have FP&A responsibilities. £70K + 20% Bonus. Central London.

The Client

My client is a listed Telco business that has gone through significant growth, tripling their revenue in the last 2 years meaning it now sits around $90 million. They are a business I have worked extensively with throughout this time and this Finance Manager role is a key hire for the Central London finance function.

Group finance is a team of 15 and is a growing function and this role will manage a small team whilst partnering directly with ExCo/Senior Leadership on the firm's continued growth.

Description

The Role

This will be a broad Finance Manager role that will report into the Financial Controller and have the following responsibilities:

• Month End Oversight: Oversight and review of the Month End accounting processes. Ownership of budgets and delivery of planning/forecasting processes.
• Business Partnering: Partnering directly with ExCo members/senior leadership team as well as working closely with Operations. Identifying cost savings, improvement of performance and delivering any ad hoc analysis as required.
• Team Management: manage a team of 2 qualified accounts. Performance review, appraisals and oversight of training.
• Systems/Process Improvements: support with systems process improvements, highlighting areas for automation and delivering best practices.

Profile

What's Needed

• Proven team management capabilities
• ACA qualified with industry experience or at Manager level if in practice
• Strong technical accounting background with proven ability to deliver change/improvements
• Growth environment or growth clients desirable - ideally listed
• Strong senior stakeholder management capabilities
