Brilliant chance for a purchase ledger to expand their knowledge and focus on procure to pay (PTP) query resolution. This role if a fixed term contract for 6 months, based in Bolton and offering between £22,000 to £24,000.

Description

Duties include:

  • Handling supplier queries
  • Management of incoming escalations
  • Management of critical supplier relationship
  • Responding to escalated items with root cause and recommendations within a time frame
  • Re-educating suppliers
  • Solving performance challenges at the start of the process
  • Assist with special projects
  • Ad hoc duties

Profile

The successful candidate will:

  • Have experience in purchase ledger or procure to pay - essential
  • Have experience working within a customer service environment - desirable
  • Have knowledge or procure to pay processes - desirable
  • Have shared service experience or multi-site business experience - desirable
  • Have the ability to understand detail behind processes - essential
  • Have advanced Excel knowledge - essential
