Description

  • Processing the purchase ledger mailbox
  • Ensuring invoices are coded correctly
  • Ensuring allocations of supplier payments are completed daily
  • Resolve any debit balances on the ledger
  • Helping ensure approvals are managed and followed up weekly
  • Preparation of the supplier payment run bi-weekly
  • Any other ad-hoc duties

  • Ability to manage their work on a daily basis
  • Understanding of approval matrix
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills
