Description

  • Analyse client's manufacturing business from business characteristic and understand the sales channel, production patterns, production characteristics, sourcing channels, and understand the nature of the business operations and data management operations.
  • Analyse the key management issues of production cost data management, calculation method and root cause of these data management issues.
  • Design how the client should manage the entire operation and data management of individual cost calculation and design data and calculation method of Direct Materials, Direct Labor, Depreciation/Utility Cost, Overhead Cost.
  • Analyse business strategy and financial information to understand business directions and operation:
  • Develop budgeting template and construct financial assumption.
  • Develop and analyse business consolidation results for business decision making.
  • Understand the requirement of Business Performance Management and analyse.
  • Analyse and design the management accounting consolidation business requirements and analyse the system that supports these operations.
  • Production Cost Design and Improvement
  • F&A process workload analysis and management Reporting efficiency improvements
  • F&A Business Requirement Analysis for Technology such as, ERP's Implementation

Profile

  • BA/MBA.majoring in Accounting and Finance or any other related field such as, BA. Engineering plus MBA, Finance.
  • 3-8 years directed experience in Consulting firm or having Cost Transfer Transformation (depend on level of experiences)
  • Good English communication skill (both speaking and writing)
  • ERP/SAP implemented experiences is preferable
  • Strong leadership with good personality
