Description

The key responsibilities are as follows:

• Preparing monthly management accounts including P&L, balance sheet and cash flow
• Preparing weekly profit analysis
• Forecasting on weekly and monthly basis
• Preparing quarterly budgets
• Preparing payroll information for external provider
• Posting journals
• Prepare corrections and adjustments
• Completing month end reconciliations of balance sheet items
• Supporting the internal audit process
• Analysing data and and creating management reports on profitability, performance and costs

Profile

The successful candidate must have the following skills:

• Strong experience in preparing management accounts working to tight deadlines
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholder
• A good team player
• Ability to improve processes and control
• Strong Excel skills with ability to extract and manipulate large data sets and produce MI reports
