• Ability to understand and explain complex process clearly
• Sense of ownership of projects

• Creating clarity and providing suggestions on improvements in complex processes
• Ability to document requirements, process flows and solutions
• Conflict resolution
• Ability to present and talk to solutions in front of senior executives
• Ability to bridge the technical gap between developers and the business

Business Intelligence Analysis

The technologies that you will use include:

• Microsoft Power BI
• Azure Data Bricks
• Azure Data Lake
• SAP Webi
• SAP HANA
• SSMS & SSIS
• Jira

The attributes that we look for include:

• Understanding business requirements in BI context and design data models to transform raw data into meaningful insights
• Identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) with clear objectives and consistently monitoring those
• Ability to analyse data and present data through reports that aid decision-making
• Being able to accommodate for complex and out of the ordinary end user requirements using customer visualisations and custom report calculations
• Able to document report SOP and explain report calculations, parameters, modelling and relationships.
• Having a passion for data visualization and creation of useful dashboards that provide meaningful insights
• Strong communication and client management skills
• Staying updated with advancements and best practices in design and development
• Having an analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach
• Ability to work in an agile environment with a focus on continuous improvement
