Job Description

The JP Morgan Financial Reporting Team manage the production and review of annual and interim financial statements for a wide range of mutual fund clients. This Financial Reporting Team take direct responsibility for the production, review and delivery of financial statements of and related accounting/portfolio information for key clients. This role involves supporting its lead & ops team with administrative & business management aspect.

Experience:

We are looking for a candidate with EA experience who will be able to support the Ops Lead with his day to day admin requirements. The candidate should have exposure on handling administrative tasks & basic reporting activities.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Calendar Management of the lead.
  • Submitting Expense claim for the lead & travel bookings.
  • Booking of rooms & ensuring infrastructure set-up for meetings
  • Supporting lead & ops teams with their infrastructure requirement
  • Taking down Minutes for relevant meetings
  • Supporting hiring activity within team
  • Facilitates the team events, conferences, stakeholder visits etc.
  • Preparing MIS for management review
  • Tracking Rewards & Recognition (RnR) & Travel spend within the team.
  • Raising Access requests for new members in Ops team
  • Managing seat allocations within teams


Key Skills and Knowledge

  • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Flexibility to work extended hours & in different shifts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of MS office (Excel, PPT, Word etc)
  • Ability to implement change, seek efficiencies and manage initiatives along with your daily workload
  • Ability to work within a team and to build key internal relationships across different stakeholders
  • Having strong attention to detail
  • Risk, control, procedure and target oriented
  • Understanding of diverse business processes
  • Ability & willingness to learn new activities & tasks
