What will you create?

Our Digital Transformation team empowers our clients to innovate and use technology in new ways and ensure that important organizational, business and operational improvements are made effectively. You'll be at the forefront of helping organizations around the globe adopt innovative technology solutions that optimize business processes or enable scalable technology.

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will support the project manager and project management office in end-to-end activities within various projects to deliver high-quality solutions, and to ensure that the business achieves its goals.

As a Senior Business Analyst in our Skilled Service Hub team your impact will be seen by:
  • Providing team leadership to a group of Quality Analysts
  • Elicit, gather, and document detailed business requirements, translating to technical and working with the development team and obtain formal sign offs.
  • Proactively make recommendations to help achieve optimal design of initiatives.
  • Compilation, writing & delivery of business requirements documents.
  • Facilitate workshops.
  • Active participation across all business customers provide Guidewire/General Insurance knowledge, support, and execution as needed across multiple business and technical business areas.
  • Contribute knowledge to support go-live activities.


About you

You've graduated in Computer Sciences, Engineering, IT, an edge-technology field, Business Information Systems, or business-technology related discipline and have 1 to 3 years of experience working with enterprise technology platforms as a Business Analyst (or similar).

You are passionate about everything tech and its interaction with how business works. You're naturally inquisitive, eager to take initiative, test ideas to find better ways of doing things, unafraid to try new approaches and can think holistically as you help us to solve important problems!

Passionate about being at the forefront of change, you wish to constantly strive to maintain your understanding of the latest developments in cloud-based technology platforms to enable our firm to deliver meaningful value to clients.
