The Role Responsibilities

  • Elicit requirements from stakeholders and work with surrounding systems/application teams to ensure static data is available in high quality and as per requirements.
  • Data mapping between various systems to specify the flow for developers.
  • Develop flow diagrams to explain the system flow to various stakeholders
  • Coordinating with cross discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
  • Provide periodic project updates to project working group and steering committees
  • Preparing status reports by gathering, analysing and summarizing relevant information

People and Talent
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to understand and interact with technical teams on functional and non-functional requirements
  • Proven delivery track record as Senior Business Analyst within financial services industry in complex systems landscapes with multiple stakeholders
  • Able to produce design and architecture documentation and drive the solutioning work.
  • Fluent with JIRA, Confluence, Visio, PowerPoint.
  • Able to act as a Senior Business Analyst with a strong grasp on the Functions impacted (FO, MO, Operations). Familiarity with process documentation and modelling, workshop facilitation, business requirements documentation, gap analysis, solution design and support during delivery / testing phase)
  • Knowledge of the Trade Processing and Lifecycle Front-to-back (Pricing, Execution, Risk Management, Validation, Life-cycling, Reporting/Reconciliations, Settlement, Confirmations, Accounting).

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience
