Responsibilities:

  • Assist the performance reporting team with in validating daily/monthly performance returns
  • Identify opportunities for improvements to quality of data and client service levels
  • Update the department with relevant daily and monthly stats & MI
  • Responsible for the successful management and delivery of project initiatives and for the supervision of junior staff to ensure delivery of their tasks which contribute to the projects.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy.

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of performance reporting and performance calculations
  • Knowledge of investment and financial products
  • Good awareness of client needs/expectations
  • Analytical with the ability to complete assigned tasks independently
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Good analytical background in the financial services industry with some operational experience
  • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
  • Formal finance certification is welcome (ACCA, etc.)
