Interim Finance Manager

This role is for an immediate start as an Interim Finance Manager for a period of 3-6 month's. Covering the UK & some European entities for this large multi-national, the role will report into the Regional Finance Director and incorporate a traditional finance management role with some business partnering and exposure to the wider business.

My client is a large multi-national organisation, based in the US with a customer base spanning over 100 countries. The role will be best in the East of the Thames Valley in a fast paced environment.

Description

The key responsibilities of the role are:

• To play a key part in the Regional Finance Team for EMEA, looking a selection of entities
• Maintain the accounts for these entities in line with local and US GAAP, whilst maintaining strong controls and processes
• To be accountable for the submission of monthly accounts efficiently, and be a point of contact for both Internal and External auditors
• Ensure SOX compliance, balance sheet reviews, and support in Year End close

Profile

The successful candidate will be:

• Fully qualified with experience as a Finance Manager/Financial Controller and immediately available
• Well versed in owning the accounts and month end
• Experienced with Year end close process
• Have knowledge of US GAAP and SOX
• Experience using SAP would be beneficial
• EMEA experience would be advantageous although not a necessity
