Your field of responsibility

The COO team reports into the Americas Stress Testing and Capital Adequacy (ASTCA) Central Office. Under its remit, the team partners with senior management across the business and functional areas to support the coordination and execution of strategic activities for the annual Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review (CCAR) submission for Credit Suisse Holdings USA. You will work with onsite and remote teams.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Support development and refinement of regulatory stress testing execution cycle activities, including developing execution calendars, business partner result management and issue and risk identification.
  • Support in putting together presentation materials for regulatory bodies; for example, FRB and FINMA
  • Support in developing processes and documentation around remediating internal and external audit and quality assurance-related findings and lessons learned
  • Draft process flows and write controls documentation
  • Produce internal status tracking reports and dashboards to show impactful views of the progress on key results
  • Provide analytical support on a variety of business initiatives and/or ad hoc analyses required by senior management and regulators
  • Build and manage relationships with business partners to provide support and guidance across all matters
  • Build and maintain knowledge on current rule making and industry developments regarding US regulatory reform

Your skills and experience

We are looking for an applicant who possess a proven experience of at least 2-4 years of in investment banking, consulting, and project management roles

  • Basic understanding of accounting, finance, and the investment banking business model
  • A proven analytical, logical, and numerical approach; ability to analyze specific business problems and propose tenable solutions
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, writing
  • Ability to community optimally at all levels!
  • Possess a can-do, collaborative, and positive demeanor with a sense of urgency
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
