Finance Analyst - SAP Super User

About the Financial Analyst - SAP Super User  Role:
You will be reporting to the Team Leader, responsible for providing financial system operational support across corporate, regional, and shared services finance teams. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain month-end close variants in SAP – dates, company codes, etc.
• Monitor and resolve rejects from legacy interfaces from operation systems into SAP system for timely and accurate recording of data
• Maintain various reference tables that are required for various validations and mappings in the SAP system
• Perform SAP master data maintenance – cost centre, GL account, volume account, group code, customer code and house bank/account ID
• Perform SAP BPC (business planning and consolidation) month-end updates – month-end average and period-end rate upload, cost centre and GL account updates, opening of business process flow, opening of period ownership and consolidation models
• Support the setup of new company code in SAP, including handling Landscape Verification Tool (LVT) testing for all required SAP modules

Key Requirements:

• At least three to five years of related work experience within finance
• Mastery using SAP systems (including SAP BPC) with skills and competencies in super-user roles and functions
• Expertise in using advanced Microsoft Excel modules
• Solid understanding of month-end close processes, finance data/process flows
• Good command of English – both written and spoken
