Page Personnel is recruiting for a growing legal firm based in Southport to recruit an Accounts Supervisor.

Description

As Accounts Supervisor, you will be an integral part of the team supporting the Head of Finance. Key duties will include:

• Ensuring all client monies are dealt with quickly and efficiently as per SAR
• Supervising a small, ensuring they are meeting key objectives, targets and all work produced accurately and timely
• Taking ownership of the invoicing process and aged debtor reporting
• Full responsibility for all month end and year end close
• Carrying out month end reconciliations
• Ensuring all is compliant with SAR regulations and looking after the audits
• Supporting the wider finance team and other key stakeholders

Profile

We are looking for someone who has:

• Significant experience working in the legal sector and a good knowledge of SARs
• Experience of cash management systems
• Strong Excel skills and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills and able to build good relationships
• Experience of supervising a team would be highly desirable
