As part of your role as a Payroll Administrator you will ensure the accurate and timely delivery of client payrolls, undertake general administrative duties and work collaboratively within the payroll team. You will also be responsible for effectively communicating with clients, offices, HMRC and third-party providers. To make sure we are always giving our clients the best payroll service you will need to keep up to date with all payroll legislation and industry changes though independent research. You will be ultimately be responsible for assisting the wider payroll team with all payroll related administrative tasks.

Ideally we are looking for someone who has a minimum of one years payroll experience, however this is not essential for the role as all training will be provided. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work under pressure whilst meeting tight deadlines is essential for the role. Experience using PeopleXD would be beneficial.
