Description

Reporting to the Head of Capital Markets, you will be

• working independently to perform financial modelling and analysis work for corporate funding and capital structure

• preparing financial analysis of target assets, ventures and loan portfolios

• executing and negotiating corporate and asset loan financing transactions

• monitoring and reviewing loan portfolios

• exploring opportunities to increase efficiency by process re-engineering and standardisation
  performing other adhoc tasks when necessary

• lead annual budget and liaise with stakeholders from different practices, handle forecasts and prepare monthly management reports

Profile

Degree Holder in Business/Accounting/Finance

At least 6 years of experience in corporate finance or investment banking or buy-side

CFA, CPA and MBA would be preferred

Excellent communication skills (English and Mandarin)
