I am currently recruiting a Multi Site Management Accountant to work for a restaurant based in South West London. My client runs high end restaurants in several across the capital.

Description

Multi Site Management Accountant

Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Ensuring compliance of financial procedures
  • Assist restaurant General Managers and site supervisors with queries day to day

Weekly Responsibilities

  • Finishing and presenting findings of cash flow forecast to FC/FD
  • Ensuring the completion of and publication of weekly reports

Month End Responsibilities

  • Period end routines in line with business expectations
  • Preparation and ownership of management accounts reporting pack (including profit and loss, Balance sheet and cashflow statements)
  • Cost of Sales, labour, margins and profitability analysis
  • Monthly reconciliation of all cost lines
  • Management of key cost lines, including but not limited to accruals and prepayments
  • Give support and assistance where required to the Operations team, providing a more meaningful understanding of site accounts
  • Producing site specific P&Ls and other key analysis by business partnering with the site management teams
  • Contribute towards forecasting and budget process

Other responsibilities

  • Ad-Hoc duties as necessary
  • Assisting with year end statutory audits

Profile

The successful candidate must have:

  • You must be CIMA / ACCA (or equivalent) Part -Qualified
  • 2+ Experience in Management Accountant position
  • Experience in the hospitality industry preferable
  • Working experience of FNB, EPOS
  • Strong excel skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to collaborate and work as part of a team

Job Offer

The successful candidate will be paid £40,000 - £45,000 depending on experience. They also offer a study support package and a competitive benefits package.
