Role Summary:
- The position will report to the President - GE, South Asia and will work closely with the Leadership Teams
- The candidate must be a detail/task/project-oriented person that will assume a variety of roles and responsibilities in the areas of Govt. affairs, strategy, corporate communication, and Human Resources
- Strong communication and leadership skills and an ability to be both firm and flexible will be needed in this position in order to develop internal teamwork successfully and work with high-value stakeholders
- The candidate will play a vital role in the development of company-wide processes and procedures running at region level as OneGE
- An ability to efficiently and effectively assess, prioritize, plan and execute will be essential to a candidate's success in this position.
Responsibilities
- Plan, direct, coordinate, collaborate all corporate activities as OneGE on behalf of the President and act as an adviser to the President and senior management team from Govt. affairs, communication & HR
- Organize and prioritize critical issues and required information for the President to facilitate efficient decision making. Participate and facilitate regular meetings with the Executive Management Team to discuss business issues, update processes, analyze issues, and challenge suggestions.
- Preparing & assisting in various presentations for Board Meetings, Business Review Meetings, Strategic Leadership Meetings etc .
- Assess inquiries directed to the President , determine the proper course of action, and delegate to the appropriate individual to manage.
- Build and maintain relationships across all departments / functions in order to influence outcomes; strengthen leadership teamwork and foster long-term partnerships that are critical to organization's success as OneGE .
Required Qualifications
- This role requires basic experience in the Legal & Executive Support. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
