Temporary Accounts Assistant Required to start ASAP!!!!
Payrate: £11-12p/h
Location: Near Ripon
Our client, a local business that has a national presence are currently looking to recruit a Temporary Accounts Assistant to assist throughout a busy period. The role is likely to last between 12 and 16 weeks.
The role is a varied post and can offer the selected candidate flexibility with working hours.
Duties will include:
- Bank Reconciliation
- Credit Control
- Processing Payments
- Sales & Purchase Ledger
- Data entry tasks
- Inputting invoices onto the system
- Working as part of a small team
- Daily use of Word & Excel as well as a bespoke system
And other related ad hoc tasks
