To continue our success, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Payroll Officer. This role is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of Australian and New Zealand wages in accordance with statutory legislation, relevant industrial agreements, company policies and procedures and other contractual requirements. This role supports the management team by providing accurate and timely reports with analysis to identify trends and other notable items. This role also provides a high level of customer service to all employees for general payroll queries. Key Accountabilities: Ensure allocated Payrolls are processed on time and in an accurate manner Act as a Super User of Kronos Updating and maintaining the employee master file and leave entitlements in Affinity in accordance with legislation and written instructions received by Human Resources. Ability to process payments and resolve queries for both Inpat and Expat staff Maintaining data integrity and compliance to industrial instruments (e.g. EBA/CWA/Modern Award). Provide punctual reporting to the HR and Finance functions Lead enhancement and automation projects in the payroll space Qualifications/Requirements Qualifications, Skills & Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience working in a large and complex multinational payroll environment Prior working experience with the Affinity (Payroll System) and Kronos (Time and Attendance system) preferred. Proven ability to deliver an end to end Payroll process. Experience interpreting multiple Enterprise Bargaining Agreements High attention to detail in own work and as a checker/auditor High level of super, tax and payroll legislative knowledge.
