Permanent full time Sole charge Finance Manager vacancy for a Leatherhead based SME with international connections and clients, paying £45,000+

Description

• Sole responsibility for all book keeping and Management Accounts for the Compan
• Liaising with external Accountants regarding payroll and annual submission of financials in prep for Annual Accounts
• Working with the MD with Forecast/cashflow forecasting/Budgets Schedules/quarterely P&L against budget
• Preparing journals and journal entries
• Preparation of P&L up to Trial Balance
• Preparing quarterly VAT returns
• Quarterly P&L Review against Forecast/Budgets
• Expenditure for year to date against budgets
• All Bank Payment runs Sterling + Euros/Dollars via foreign exchange company
• weekly/Monthly/yearly sales figures for each product group against budgets
• Reconciling the bank accounts and credit card statement
• Oversee input of Purchase Invoices
• Responsible for all Insurance policies and renewals

Recent relevant experience as a sole charge SME Financial Controller / Finance Manager / Management Accountant / Bookkeeper

Sage and excel experience

Qualified by experience/part qualified
