The Business Strategy Analyst is responsible for supporting the chief administrative officer and the senior management team for the Asset Servicing, Americas Service and Delivery organization in various activities and projects related to business objectives and priorities. The activities and projects supported include organization efforts related to productivity, business intelligence and management reporting/governance, talent development and employee engagement.
Major Duties
- Role is balanced between planning for and overseeing the execution of business unit projects and creating the documentation and communication for broad-based business initiatives
- Supports the creation of business intelligence reporting for senior management (e.g., management dashboards, objectives/key results)
- Analyzes various data sets to identify insights and trends to drive business objectives
- Assists senior management in overseeing strategic objectives, ensuring priorities are met
- Directly interacts with various levels of senior management
- Carries out cross-functional activities that are moderate in scope and technical complexity
- Operates under general supervision; developing in-depth knowledge of the business
- Seeking a candidate who is self-starter, driven, problem solver, analystical, detail-oriented, and organized.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Microsoft Office product knowledge is required, with Power BI knowledge preferred. Knowledge of asset servicing operations is preferred.
Experience Required
- A College or University degree and/or relevant proven work experience is required.
