Accounting Manager - HK Lised Conglomerate (60K)

An excellent opportunity for an independent, capable individual who are experienced in Private Fund management to join a conglomerate leader in Hong Kong!

Client Details

Our client is a listed Conglomerate with strong presence in Hong Kong. Aside their core business in real estate, their diversified business includes financial investment, energy, etc. They are now looking for an Accountant Manager / Fund Administration Manager for handing its Private Equity Fund (AUM at around USD500 million).

Description

Reporting to the Managing Director, you are expected to:

• Prepare month end closing and financial consolidation for the group.
• Handle bank activities, forecast and report cash flow status.
• Prepare financial investment portfolio reconciliations.
• Prepare annual audit schedules and liaise with external auditors during interim and annual audit.
• Support regional support for company secretarial tasks
• Communicate with other legal parties including Big 4, bankers, lawyer, etc.

Profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or other relevant disciplines.
• HKICPA / ACCA or other similar professional qualifications.
• At least 8 years of work experience in asset management / PE funds / fund administration companies.
• Experience in liaising with SFC will be a bonus.
• Good commend of English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
