This role is ideal for those looking to build on their existing purchase ledger experience in a permanent position. Based in Wythenshawe and offering between £19,000 to £24,000.

Client Details

You will part of a dynamic, fast paced, growing team who will support and nurture your skills within the world of finance.


Duties include:

  • Inputting invoices onto Sage 200
  • Maintaining the Purchase Order system
  • Ensuring appropriate payment authorisation is received
  • Checking Supplier Statements and addressing any discrepancies prior to the Weekly payment run
  • Liaising with the Supplier Network by telephone and email
  • Liaising with Managers re Purchase Orders & authorisations
  • Making urgent payments by Company Credit Card


The successful candidate will:

  • Have previous experience in a purchase ledger role - essential
  • Have experience working with large volumes - desirable
  • Be able to work as a team and independently - essential
  • Have a strong work ethic and will be able to meet deadlines - desirable

Job Offer
