- Inputting invoices onto Sage 200
- Maintaining the Purchase Order system
- Ensuring appropriate payment authorisation is received
- Checking Supplier Statements and addressing any discrepancies prior to the Weekly payment run
- Liaising with the Supplier Network by telephone and email
- Liaising with Managers re Purchase Orders & authorisations
- Making urgent payments by Company Credit Card
The successful candidate will:
- Have previous experience in a purchase ledger role - essential
- Have experience working with large volumes - desirable
- Be able to work as a team and independently - essential
- Have a strong work ethic and will be able to meet deadlines - desirable
