A brilliant and exciting opportunity for a purchase ledger to broaden their skills and knowledge in a PTP vendor management role. This role is for 6 months and is based in Bolton. Offering up between £22,000 to £24,000

Description

Duties include:

  • Reviewing all requests for Procurement, Vendor set up and Data Protection Policies
  • Creation and amendment of Vendor and Employee Master data
  • Regular review and analysis of vendor and employee master data
  • Alignment of master data
  • Reviewing of existing master data
  • Assisting with internal/external audit activities
  • Ensuring accuracy, validation and proper storage of Banking information
  • Identification and support of vendor data cleansing activities
  • Annual tax reporting and maintenance of supporting data
  • Ad hoc duties on projects

Profile

The successful candidate will:

  • Have Vendor and/or Employee master data experience - essential
  • Have NAVISION or similar - desirable
  • Have experience in multi-site business OR shared service centre - desirable
  • Have high attention to detail - desirable
  • Have the ability to identify, explain, and resolve complex data issues - desirable
  • Have strong analytical and communication skills - essential
  • Good level of IT skills including intermediate / advanced MS Excel - essential

This role is offering up to £24,000
