Finance Business Partner

Your new company
Working for a newly merged business with a global backing, this organisation will provide you with all the tools needed to become a successful Senior Finance Manager / CFO in the future. As they are in a phase of growth, your list of job duties are endless as you can get stuck involved with multiple projects. The client needs an experienced finance professional who can work on-site Monday to Friday over a 40 hour working week.


Your new role
You will support Operations through the commercial and financial analysis of data and contract performance whilst providing effective finance management of ongoing projects including reviewing pricing, budget management, P&L focus and cash flow forecast. You will be expected to build and maintain professional working relationships with a wide variety of internal teams, provide proactive leadership, be the go-to person for a small accounting team and implement new accounting processes with a focus on continuous improvement.


What you'll need to succeed
Your tertiary qualification in Finance or equivalent and CA/CPA membership is essential, alongside a commercial background working in a similar position with a focus on project management within either a complex construction or facilities maintenance firm. You will be confident to negotiate with stakeholders, have proven leadership skills, excellent communication and the ability to meet tight deadlines. If you have been involved with a large-scale ERP implementation in the past, that is highly desired.
