This is a new role in a new business, formed to deliver infrastructure, asset and facilities management services into the UK Defence Sector. VIVO is a 50:50 Joint Venture between Serco and Engie.

In this role you will lead analysis and change of VIVO's FM Service Applications focused on Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM). You will be responsible for ensuring that the systems are effective and meet the requirements of the business and other stakeholder / user groups, delivering against performance KPIs and with an exceptional level of data integrity. It will also work in a collaborative manner with any relevant 3rd party providers.

What you'll need to do the role

Firstly, you'll need a well-rounded BA toolkit with extensive knowledge of large-scale CAFM systems such as IBM Maximo (preferred), Planon, FSI Concept or similar.You'll need an appreciation of Information Security standards including Cyber Essentials Plus (CES+), ISO27001 and equivalent MOD defence standards. You'll need demonstrable experience inIT Service Management in line with the ITIL framework covering Service Strategy, Service Design, Service Transition, Service Operation and Continual Service Improvement.Lastly, you'll need agood grasp of Facilities Management, Asset Management and Agile delivery principles.
