Cost Controller to provide budget planning, organizing and monitoring accounting, costing and contribution margin for the company's.

Client Details

A Global automotive manufacturer for modified vehicles based in Chonburi, Thailand.

Description

  • Provides comprehensive financial monthly performance reports including financial analysis, expense variance review.
  • Manage and reconcile overall costing and sales before month end and year end closing
  • Lead in preparation of budgets and forecasts for expense, capital expenditure, and headcount in accordance with the financial planning calendar including costing and inventory control.
  • Provide accurate costing by working with production and material planning teams to ensure costing reflects appropriate BOMs
  • Verify BOM costing by project with Program Engineering before project launch including group profitability and transfer pricing
  • Prepare costing month end closing, analyzing direct materials and cost accounting data and accurate tracking of cost savings (usage and price variance including BOM change)
  • Set up standard costing to be implemented for the financial system (Std material cost, Direct Labor and Overhead and ensure routing is properly set up)
  • Inventory Management

    • Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Requires strong knowledge on Accounting Standard and IFRS, particularly 5 years' experience in cost accounting.
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel
  • Fluent in both Thai and English.
