Key Requirements:
Overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting
Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets
Sound knowledge of NBFC, Taxation, Corporate Law and regulatory operations
Establishing and developing relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders (BoD, SECP, FBR, SBP & MUFAP)
Experience:
At least 5 years in managing financial and corporate affairs
Qualification:
Min. Graduate (Member of recognized body of professional accountants preferred)
