Chief Financial Officer

HipVan is seeking a highly-skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee our financial operations. You will be a critical part of the management team to help accelerate HipVan's growth. You will be responsible for leading all finance functions such as accounting, budgeting, investor relations, and compliance. This role is based in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage all company finances
• Lead in the creation of a strategic financial plan, including methods to increase revenue and reduce costs
• Budget, forecast, and help decide capital allocation decisions
• Assess financial risks and work to minimize them
• Be the main point of contact for investor relations
• Create financial outlook reports and manage liquidity
• Manage and track budget and accounting information such as AR, AP, etc
• Oversee all fiscal reporting within the company and create monthly budget reports
• Be the main point of contact for audit, banks, and tax authorities.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field; MBA preferred
• CPA preferred
• 10+ years' accounting or finance experience in a managerial position
• Results-driven personality
• Experience in technology industry a plus
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Exceptional time management and ability to problem solve under pressure
• Strong oral and written communication skills
