SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Work days : Monday to Friday

Work hours : 9am to 5pm

REQUIREMENTS:

Degree in Accounting / Finance or Professional Certificate (ACCA, CPA or equivalent)
Minimum 7 years of working experience
Knowledge in accounting software (AutoCount) is preferred
Computer literate and knowledge on Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
Able to converse in English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia will be an added advantage
Able to work independently with minimum supervisor
Responsible and good time management skills
Resourceful, proactive, multi-task, highly analytical skill, meticulous & organized
Familiar with the current accounting and tax standard practice, statutory requirement & regulation
PREFERENCE will be given to candidate who can start work immediately or with short notice.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Able to handle full set of account preparation and reporting under minimum supervision
Analysing financial information, revenue, cost and financial expenses of the company
Handle payroll management and any HR related matter
Coordinate with company auditor, tax agent, secretary for accounting, taxation and secretarial issues
Assist in monitor cash flow & financial analysis
Assist in Company Tax related issue
Handle and monitor issues related to complying government sector requirements from time to time
To perform any other tasks as assigned by management
