You will be working within an experienced and expanding In House team including a number of highly experienced individuals. You will have the opportunity to progress your career in an In House role and experience a broad range of Corporate, Personal and Partnership tax issues for the Partners and wider business.

Description
The successful In House Tax Assistant will be responsible for but not restricted to
- Basic UK tax computation analysis of the LLP and its related entities
- Assist with quarterly VAT return preparation
- Other data analysis as required e.g. Pay As You Earn Settlement Agreement, Short Term Business Visitors
- Assist the UK partner tax return team e.g. provision of information for tax reserves, tax return information and return preparation
- Partner capital contributions (you will be primarily responsible for administering these)
- Reconciliation of partner tax and capital account balances
- Analysis of annual tax reserves
- Collate information for member balance interest notes
- W8 requests and other requests from overseas tax authorities
- HMRC residence certificates
- Tax payment requests
Profile
The successful In House Tax Assistant will:
- Be partly or fully ATT qualified
- Have a range of experience to fit the varied role
- Be a self-starter with strong initiative
- Have strong interpersonal skills to form strong relationships both internally and externally
- Look to get involved with projects early on
- Have commercial outlook
