EMEIA FSO Talent Development enable our practitioners to build skills to support their professional development. Leveraging the broader learning eco-system you will be responsible for managing the development and deployment of multiple bespoke learning programs designed for FSO people.

Your key responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end execution of Learning course deployment plans and budgets
  • Oversight of off-shore colleagues who are responsible for monitoring participants, learner cancellations, no shows and missed sessions, coordinating training dates and nominations
  • Source facilitators for Learning courses and manage the facilitator pool
  • Prepare facilitators for delivery of learning courses and support in the management of facilitators
  • Provide oversight of Learning deployment administration activities
  • Manage vendors relating to Learning deployment and logistics
  • Build and maintain close working relationships with off-shore Learning colleagues
  • Learning on-site and production support (as required)
  • Manage the budget, accruals, forecasts and actual costs of courses / programs you are responsible for, supporting all Finance related activities as set out in the Learning Deployment model
  • Realise operational excellence through maintaining thorough understanding of, and adherence to, the Regional Learning Deployment Operating Model
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders relevant for courses and client group, to enable the successful deployment.
  • Support the induction of new team members
  • Support the hosting and production of online modules, webcasts and virtual learning projects. Advise on best practice, for example interactivity during virtual classroom sessions.
  • Monitor the consumption of Learning, and provide regular reporting to key stakeholders
  • Contribute to other activities or projects across the wider Talent Development function

Skills and attributes for success

  • Strong commercial acumen and business awareness
  • Understanding of EY and EY Talent priorities
  • Stakeholder management and consulting skills
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders across the organisation at all levels
  • Strong team worker with ability to coordinate and work as ‘one team’
  • Drive and deliver quality services and products to Talent
  • Ability to engage and influence others, with good change management skills and a desire to act as a change champion

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Strong organizational skills - the ability to set priorities, manage time and juggle competing priorities
  • Strong project management / coordination skills
  • Strong collaboration skills - the ability to work effectively with and influence team members and stakeholders
  • Team coaching and interpersonal skills

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Significant experience of working in HR in professional services or corporate environment
  • Experience of working in Learning preferred
  • Working in international and diverse environments
