Job Overview
Working as a Supply Chain Finance Reporting Analyst you will be responsible for issuing of E2E reporting of Supply Chain Operational KPIs to key stakeholders throughout Europe (Sector/Region/Category). The role is critical in the provision of performance reporting to enable the Supply Chain to identify emerging trends that need further performance analysis and intervention.
This role is primarily focused on the ownership of reporting of various Supply Chain KPIs and ownership of Productivity, and Customer Service & Logistics reporting but there may be additional crossover involved in short-term project work.

Responsibilities

  • Issue AOP/Monthly Supply Chain Performance Reporting for multiple stakeholders across Europe
  • Single source of E2E reporting on Supply Chain Performance Monthly Performance Reporting Pack on various Supply Chain deliverables
  • Issue harmonized reports that meet needs of all customers
  • Business process design to facilitate reporting framework
  • Support design of system solutions to facilitate reporting framework
  • Continuous Improvement and evolution of reporting framework
  • Maintain systems (current and future) in reporting scope (Global Brain Capital, Powersteering, Tableau, Global Brain [Sharepoint], Alteryx)
  • Build/Develop In-depth knowledge of the system from all angles: User, Admin, Finance Manager
  • Co-ordinate Act updates / AOP Updates /RF Updates / Forex
  • Proactively identify required changes to ensure system fit for purpose/support customer requirements
  • Assist in training & how to best leverage the tool, sharing Best Practice across Europe

Requirements

  • Experience in Management Reporting, at least 2 years experience in financial reporting
  • Superior analytical skills & high proficiency in MS Office (esp. Excel)
  • Knowledge of Tableau / Alteryx / Power BI will be a huge asset
  • University degree (Economics, Finance, Business Degree)
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Ease at working with stakeholders at different levels within the organization and within a virtual team
  • Ability to deal with unstructured problems in the complex matrix organization
  • Self-starter able to work autonomously without close supervision
  • Ability to meet deadlines; possesses organizational skills with a passion for detail
