Indirect Tax Manager

Michael Page are partnering with an exciting corporate business that are a leading organisation in their industry on a Indirect Tax Manager role. This role will report into the Tax director and will have full ownership of all indirect taxes within the European arm of the business.

Description

Based in the head Office in Maidenhead, the Indirect Tax Manager will manage the VAT and indirect tax for the group this will include UK VAT, EC Sales List Reporting, comply with making tax digital, manage outsourced VAT compliance & to improve all processes within the tax team. It would be advantageous if the successful candidate could understand corporate tax.

Profile

For the successful Indirect Tax Manager it would be beneficial if you held a professional accountancy or taxation qualification (ACA, ACCA, CTA)

Experience from either a professional services/accountancy firm, or an in-house position is advantageous. Candidates should be able to balance priorities in a high growth company, and be comfortable working in a fast paced organisation.

Job Offer

Depending on experience, the salary offered will range between £60,000 - £70,000 including an industry leading benefits package. The successful candidate will be mentored by the tax director to become a future leader of the organisation & alongside this you will receive a bespoke progression plan.
