Job Description
Ensuring correctness and finalization of MIS including balance sheet, profit/loss statements, and cash flow report as per the timelines, including group consolidated financial statements.
Supervise internal controls over billing, receivables, payables, cash and general ledger functions.
Control on receivables/ Payables.
Dealing with Banks – for working capital, term loans, forex, LC, BG, etc
Monitor day to day cash flow.
Ensuring all financial Statutory Compliances.
Sufficient knowledge of Indirect tax
Coordination with Internal and External Auditors
Prepare budgets & monitoring of the same.
Experience of SAP desirable
Education / professional qualifications:
CA/ACCA
Experience:
10-15 year experience with corporate in senior position in Finance and Accounts
