Currently we are searching for a an experienced tax professional with international exposure to develop the global tax compliance offering and drive changes in the tax delivery model and supporting tax technology. We are searching the region for the best and brightest talent - multiple locations available! The role can be based in Poland (Warsaw / Katowice) or in Hungary (Budapest).
Job purpose
This is a global role that will liaise with 80 TMF offices and will work closely with the center of excellence and the regional delivery centers teams.
Key responsibilities
Go-to-market:
- responsible for developing the go-to-market strategy for global tax compliance services (target customer, target industries, value proposition)
- define the content plan to create awareness of the global tax compliance services and work with marketing to execute related marketing campaigns
- work with sale team to identify customer targets and contribute to the sale plan and strategy
- act as solution architect on complex, global deals; engage with prospects to increase the win rates
Service offering & governance:
- define the scope of the tax compliance service offering and agree scope with markets
- understand the service delivery capabilities of the markets and work with the markets to uplift capabilities (if needed)
- work with group legal to define the appropriate framework for risk mitigation
- work with consultancy team to define the support tax consultancy offering
Delivery model:
- drive tax technology selection and implementation programmes
- work with operations & technology to define the appropriate delivery model
Key requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience (preferably a tax function), previous international tax expertise and international exposure
- working with multicultural teams and multinational clients
- experience in using and implementing tax technology
- international tax experience required
- excellent communication skills, fluent English is a must
