Your field of responsibility

An exciting and diverse role as a specialist in the Treasury department, reporting to the Head of Treasury and the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Credit Suisse (Luxembourg) S.A.

Focus of your activities is to contribute to the analysis and implementation of the new European Intermediate Parent Undertaking (IPU). You will assist compliance with the latest European banking regulatory requirements around liquidity, capital, internal models, stress testing and Internal Capital / Liquidity Adequacy Assessment Process.

The role has a strong focus on balance sheet, governance and oversight of Luxembourg entities across capital, liquidity and FX as well as integral involvement in strategic initiatives in key EMEA entities.

You will support the Treasury department in everyday activities around Asset and Liabilities Management, Liquidity, and managing the interest rate risk.

In your day-to-day work you will collaborate closely with relevant partners within Credit Suisse Group such as relationship managers, lending, finance, credit risk management teams, and GLG Money Markets teams.

Your skills and experience

The successful candidate will convince us with:

  • University degree (or business school), preferably in Finance or Economics
  • Broad Treasury experience - minimum of 4 years
  • Excellent knowledge of the regulatory environment (incl. IPU and Single Supervisory Mechanism)
  • In-depth banking knowledge: private banking products and services, financial products and processing, money market, Forex and balances sheet management.
  • Deep knowledge of applicable laws and regulations (i.e.: LCR; NSFR; ICAAP; ILAAP; Recovery and Resolution)
  • Dedication and proactive, result-oriented, self-reliant, outstanding teammate working attitude, and capability to cope with a demanding environment
  • Improved analytical and organization skills
  • Hands-on mentality and ability to work independently and systematically, reliability, take ownership and be persistent
  • Proficient in English and German or French (additional language skills are considered as an asset)
