About the Role:
The Retail Procurement function requires a driven individual to lead the end to end procurement process for retail properties spread across eight cities through effective execution and streamlined processes. This role is a full-time role that will enable scale. This role will be responsible for, and will be evaluated on timely delivery on procurement needs that relate to Airlift's retail properties and offices.
Responsibilities:
Manage overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of procurement,
Maintain base level inventory to ensure availability of key retail inventory to ensure timely fulfillment of requests
Lead the development of a cost effective procurement process, policy and corresponding guidelines,
Responsible for the implementation of procurement strategies to maintain security of supply and optimum value for money,
Perform all procurement and contracting activities including pre-qualification, vendor management, negotiation and preparation of contracts,
Secure a diverse pool of reliable vendors for all purchase and nurture relationships,
Manage procurement ERP module & complete required paperwork to derive meaningful insights,
Manage periodic tracking and reporting on purchasing, controls and processes.

Requirements:
Prior experience with effectively managing procurement function, vendors and third-parties,
Prior experience with data analysis for effective supply documentation,
Hands-on ability to proactively own operational tasks with consistency and reliability,
Excellence in staying organized and documenting key outcomes,
Strong verbal and written communication skills,
Impactful Leadership Skills to lead business discussions & implement process improvements.
