About the Role:
The Finance Business Partner role will focus on partnering with our Commercial, Supply Chain & Warehouse functions to deliver robust modeling, analysis & evaluation relating to inventory management.
The ideal candidate for this role is a qualified accountant (ACCA), with excellent Excel skills – ability to build Excel Models and crunch data, strong business partnering skills, and also a good understanding of retail operations and supply chain. Experience in Financial ERP systems for inventory, working knowledge of SQL, and a reporting dashboard like Power BI highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the management and implementation of ERP solutions for inventory management,
Work closely with Supply to build an in-depth model to forecast and track inventory holdings at an SKU level including associated payables,
Responsible for the accurate management reporting such as inventory additions and movements on a weekly basis,
Partner closely with QA teams to ensure each warehouse has a best in class periodic inventory count in place,
Assessing, designing, and implementing solutions to minimize inventory losses,
Identify aged inventory and implement actions to minimize such inventory,
Responsible for managing end to end financial flows for inventory and supply chain including Balance Sheet, P&L and cash flow,
Drive and lead the monthly provisioning process across all inventory SKUs,
Responsible for accurate, complete, and timely inventory costing which is in compliance with accounting standards.
