This temporary to permanent Management Accountant role is working for a growing organisation based in Hounslow.
Description
This temporary to permanent Management Accountant role will involve the following responsibilities:
- Completion of monthly management packs
- Processing of monthly journals, accruals and prepayments.
Balancing of Intercompany accounts with transactional teams.
Monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations.
Management of audit process, developing relationships with external auditors
Adhering to and developing internal financial controls, improving processes where necessary.
Working closely with individual P&L owners to ensure accurate monthly reporting and in line with budget.
Working closely with the transactional accounting team.
Working closely with the Finance Controller on annual budget and reforecasting quarterly.
Completion of VAT returns for each entity.
Establishing and maintaining financial policies and procedures for the company.
Profile
The successful candidate for this temporary to permanent Management Accountant role will need to have the following skills:
- Prior Management Accounts experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work in the office 5 days a week
- Good excel skills
