Description

Reporting to the Finance Manager, we are looking for 1 immediately available AP accountant to take charge of these responsibilities:

- Check staff expense report and prepare payment for reimbursement; make sure all expense are settled timely
- Check bank statement and reconcile with general ledger entries
- Advance settlement for collections
- Establish new vendor code into finance system for further payment procedure; prepare payment to vendor per company relevant policy
- Prepare accounting entry and input in SAP system
- Coaching new staff understanding finance system and related policy
- Local vat invoice apply, issue and verification.

Profile

We are looking for a hardworking AP accountant with a proactive attitude. In return, a competitive salary along with various internal training options are offered.

* College's degree or above in Finance or Accounting or related, certificates are preferred

* Experienced AP accountant (1 years minimum working experience)

* Strong communication skills

* Strong service mindset with internal business partners

* Ability to work independently and within a team

* Be familiar with the accounting rules and policy of tax and auditing, experience in retail company is a plus but not essential
