Financial Analyst

Our client is looking for a Financial Analyst (FP&A) to join the global team! You will support the initiatives to drive profitability and customer experience by influencing the development and planning of the business. You have to understand economics and financial drivers in gaining proficiency to conduct efficient analyses. You will work closely with other departments and stakeholders because you need the correct information to do your job.

Description

• Support month-end close
• Ensuring financial planning on a accurate and timely matter
• Collaborate with internal business partners and stakeholder to gain information
• Improve processes and take initiatives in automation programs
• Build models regarding ROI of digital marketing campaigns
• Working with big amounts of data and building forecasts from this data to support strategic business decisions

Profile

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Business Economy, Finance & Control
• Minimum of 2 years working experience in an international work environment
• Fluent in English, both written and oral
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills is a must, knowledge of Power BI is a plus
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Handles challenges and gets results, shows flexibility, displays sense of urgency
