As an Enterprise Fellow you will develop and manage enterprise activities ranging from executive education and CPD provision, to consulting, applied research or facilitating spin-outs for clients, customers and stakeholders. Whether developing approaches to teaching and learning, or shaping new income streams, you will enjoy scope to innovate and make a significant impact. The option for a part-time role makes this an excellent fit alongside other activities, such as consultancy, in industry.

You will bring to the role a strong professional reputation in industry and a track record of consultancy activities. Experience of executive education would be a real advantage, but most important is your ability to engage and inspire students and colleagues alike. An innovative and original thinker, you have a flair for building relationships, motivating and developing people, and shaping successful, enterprising activities.

The Department of Accounting brings together internationally renowned academics that research on, and teach in, a wide range of accounting, accountability, finance and governance topics with an increasing and unique emphasis on corporate governance, financial reporting, social and environmental accounting, taxation and contemporary accounting issues. Colleagues in the Department have published in leading journals, such as the Review of Accounting Studies, British Journal of Management, Leadership Quarterly,Journal of World Business Accounting, British Accounting Reviewamongst others. Our highly successful undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in accounting and finance have distinctive focus on employability and interdisciplinarity, including offering joint programmes with other disciplines, such as economics and management.
